2020 Census and Census in Schools Week: April 13-17
The Albany Unified School District Board of Education is working in collaboration with the Alameda County Office of Education and the State of California to promote the 2020 Census in the Albany community. Every person needs to be counted so that our community receives its fair share of government funding for health care, affordable housing, schools, job training and many other vital services. Filling out the census is not only required, but also serves as an opportunity to educate students, families and community members about the importance of civic participation.
